Privacy Policy

Since When is designed so there is almost nothing to say here — but here it is in plain language.
Since When does not collect, transmit, store, or share any of your personal data. Everything you put into the app stays on your device.
What the app stores, and where
- The trackers you create and their completion history are saved in a private database on your device only. This database is shared between the Since When app and its home-screen widgets through a private, app-only container (an Apple “App Group”). It is never uploaded anywhere.
- Since When has no user accounts, no sign-in, and no servers. There is nothing to log in to and nowhere for your information to be sent.
What we do not do
- We do not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising software.
- We include no third-party SDKs that collect data.
- We do not build a profile of you, and we cannot see what you track or when. Nobody can — including us.
Notifications
If you turn on overdue reminders, those notifications are scheduled and delivered locally by iOS on your device. They are never sent through a push-notification server, and their contents never leave your device.
NFC tags
If you connect a tracker to an NFC sticker, the app writes only a short link (for example sincewhen://…) that opens Since When to the right tracker. No personal information is written to the tag.
Backups
If you back up your device to iCloud or to a computer, that backup may include the Since When app and its data. Those backups are governed entirely by your own device and iCloud settings and Apple’s privacy policy — not by us.
Purchases
Since When is a one-time purchase with no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. Any payment is handled by Apple through the App Store; we never see your payment details.
Children
Since When does not collect data from anyone, including children, and contains no ads or external links to unsafe content.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Because the app collects nothing, we do not expect meaningful changes.
